About This

• BUILT FOR DOGS THAT ARE STILL LEARNING NOT TO PULL | Training takes time, perseverance, and the right equipment. The Carhartt Shock Absorbing Control Leash is specifically designed for eager dogs who are still pulling every which way. The elastic shock control zone in the middle of the leash absorbs the jolt when a strong dog hits the end of the leash suddenly, reducing the snap load on the dog's neck, your shoulder, and your wrist. 6 ft x 1 inch
• TWO HANDLES TOP FOR WALKING, BOTTOM FOR CONTROL | The neoprene lined top handle provides a comfortable, cushioned grip for standard walking and all-day carrying without the webbing cutting into your hand on long outings. The bottom control handle sits lower on the leash for grabbing close to the dog in high-traffic situations, when passing other dogs, or when an immediate correction is needed without closing the distance to your dog first.
• MULTIPLE ATTACHMENT OPTIONS TRIGGER CLASP AND EXTRA GATED CLIP | The rugged metal trigger claw clasp is glove-friendly and attaches quickly to any collar or harness ring. An extra gated clip provides a secondary attachment option for owners who prefer a more secure gate-style connection or who need to attach the leash through two rings simultaneously. A slotted metal D-ring slides up and down the leash for adjustable attachment points at different positions.
• NYLON DUCK CANVAS WEAVE AND REFLECTIVE TRIPLE-NEEDLE STITCHING | Built from nylon webbing with duck canvas weave for elevated durability and abrasion resistance through daily training sessions, outdoor walks, and the kind of handling that a training leash takes over months of consistent work. Reflective triple-needle stitching provides low-light visibility during early morning and evening walks so both the dog and the leash are visible to approaching drivers.
• CARHARTT QUALITY FOR THE LONG ROAD OF DOG TRAINING | Built to Carhartt's workwear-grade standard for new dog owners, experienced trainers, and everyone in between who has a dog that is still figuring out how a leash works. A practical and thoughtful gift for new dog owners, people adopting a rescue, and anyone starting training with a strong-willed dog.
